Court-Ordered Divorce Class

“Divorce” is an emotionally charged word and an emotionally charged event in many people’s lives.It is one of the most stressful events a person can experience. Unfortunately,the “divorce” doesn’t always end the relationship as emotions can carry on for years to come unless they are dealt with in a healthy, positive way. However, being a parent never ends and trying to co-parent can be difficult at best when emotions are still left over from a marriage that ended. It is important for parents to work together in a healthy way after the divorce to minimize the pain and stress they and their children are experiencing. Life & Work Soulutions offers the following Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course to assist families in transition.

Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course is a 4-hour class offered in both English and Spanish and is designed to educate, train, and assist divorcing parents in regard to the consequences of divorce on parents and children, as required by Florida Statute 61.21. This course is approved by the Florida Department of Children & Families
