Our Counselors offer compassionate expert services and solutions for ages 4 and up. Our full array of counseling and consulting services are tailored to meet the needs of individuals, adults, teens, children, couples, families and groups. We know that a safe and confidential environment is important – our Counselor(s) and client(s) meet in a private soundproof office and talk about the problems and issues and work together to explore and implement solutions.
Life & Work Soultions provides mental health solutions for Central Florida communities (South Orange County and Osceola County including Southwest Orlando, Hunter’s Creek, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, and Dr. Phillip’s).

The statistics are staggering
- An estimated 1 in 4 adults suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year.
- Serious depression affects 1 in 50 children.
- It’s estimated that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 5 boys will be sexually abused before age 18.
- Suicide was the 7th leading cause of death for males and the 16th leading cause of death for females in 2006.
