Nancy holds a Master Degree in Counseling with a Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Nancy is certified as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist with Early Steps Children’s Medical Services and is a provider with the State of Florida for Premarital Counseling. At this time, Nancy is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida. Nancy has vast experience with individual therapy, family therapy, couple’s counseling, and group counseling. One of her specializations for the past decade has been working with children diagnosed with mental health disorders or that have experienced traumatic experiences. Utilizing play therapy techniques Nancy is able to effectively counsel children and lead them to developing healthy coping skills and life skills. Nancy’s main focus and passion is to educate, empower, and guide families with a holistic and faith based approach to complete healing.
